Looming Elections Block Spain’s Path To Regulation
Members of the opposition Popular Party in the Spanish Congress have proposed legislation to regulate online gambling but observers believe that concrete legislative developments may have to wait until after the dust has settled on the general elections scheduled for March 2008.
