Madrid’s Regional Gaming Regulation Approved

Madrid’s Regional Gaming Regulation has been approved. Under this new regulation, online betting companies shall be entitled to obtain administrative authorisation in order to legally render and promote their services within the territory of Madrid. Madrid has established a fixed license fee for a limited number of licenses. Licences will be valid for a five-year period and be renewable if regulatory conditions are met.
