ECJ Rules Against Italy In Betting Case
The European Court of Justice yesterday ruled against the Italian government in a case relating to its licensing of betting shops. However whilst Stanley International was keen to use the ruling to support its position in Italy, many believe that the judgement will have little effect on the newly liberalised betting market in the country.
