EU Commission KO’s German Interstate Treaty
31/05/2007: A second Detailed Opinion issued by the EU Commission seems to have brought to an end any possibility of Germany adopting the prohibitive draft Interstate Lotteries Treaty debated by state Prime Ministers in December 2006.
