EU’s Private Gambling Operators Face Further Delays In Infringement Cases

The European Commission will not be able to reach any decision until the autumn on whether to take any Member State to the European Court of Justice over their restrictive gambling regimes, a spokesman for EU Internal Markets Commissioner Charlie McCreevy confirmed yesterday.
